Tips for being healthy

There are many tips out there to improve health. These are some that I have picked up along the way

Drink lots of water!!! (it helps flush out the bad toxins)

Fill up on veggies and fruit( they are full of water and fiber! many of them have very few calories too!)

Have a good playlist to listen to while working out

Half of your plate should be veggies

Eat lean protein like fish, chicken and turkey

Eat whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal

Always eat breakfast!

Greek yogurt is very tasty and an excellent source of protein

Protein shakes with whey powder are great alternatives to meals

Always stretch before and after working out

Workout 3-4 times a week

Vary your workout routines so you don’t get bored
